We had a blast! Valeria and David are such an adorable couple, you can just see how much they glow around each other! It was an honor to shoot their engagements and I can wait for the wedding! :)

We went to play at the McNay Art Museum and then went downtown San Antonio, I am pretty sure we walked around more than we took pictures though!! :P

Just a cautionary tale when driving in the downtown of any area… there are a lot of one way streets… make sure you don’t go down one the wrong way and jump the curb into a parking lot!

We were all a little worried though as the winds grew stronger and rain clouds rolled in. Was it going to rain on their outside wedding?! As the groomsmen were lining up and the bridesmaids started walking down the isle I felt a few raindrops on me and saw a few landing on my camera… I got a little nervous then. And in the 4 or 5 minutes it took the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get into place, ready for Jennie, the rain just stopped. Once she stepped foot outside it didn’t rain another drop all evening.

The rest day was just perfect!

These are my favorite types of shoots… we just relax and have a good time and shoot until we are all too tired to shoot anymore. Afterward we all went out and ate sushi :)

We took them at her apartment complex the The landmark Lofts, its a great old refurbished powerplant. After the session I was so excited to get home and edit them, then I couldn’t do anything with them until the wedding haha!

I debated breaking the post up into two parts, but I want to tell the whole story of their day in one post… and I still left out so much! Zac and Tawny are the most amazing couple, their day was just as beautiful and sweet as they are. I am so honored to have been able to be a part of it. I want to give special thanks to Lynette J for being my second shooter. She did an amazing job. Also Whitney came as our assistant and was awesome. Everything from the day came together so beautifully resulting in one of my favorite weddings so far!! :)

Their ceremony was held at the First Protestant Church of New Braunfels and the reception at the  Conservation Plaza. Check out the photos below!!

She is just so sweet and natural and joyful, and when I met Dustin on the wedding day I really saw just how perfect they are for each other. Crystal and Dustin were married at the The San Antonio Texas Temple and the reception was held at Dustin’s parent’s house, it was beautiful, some of the most awesome landscaping I have ever seen!! Such a perfect place for their reception!
